I love your haircut it suits you, very flattering but I know when you get fed up with looking the same you just need a change.I like the left pic more, it looks lighter and I think that suits your face more. I c the left pic your hair is longer as well? I think thats my fave. maybe try more colours such as caramel and copper shades

As a hairdresser, I say go short!! You have a great face shape, and both cuts suit you well, but short hair is just so gosh darn cute and playful. My opinion is go short, but leave your "sideburns" a little longer than the rest of the cut, it'll help elongate your face a bit, but it also makes a funky little statement.
