I have horrible bags under my eyes and every time I put concealer on it, it fades..

Try patting your concealer just over the dark shadow, not anywhere outside of it. Then apply powder and re apply small amounts if concealer (again just on the dark spot) gently blend, and powder again.

A dusting of a slightly shimmery powder that is close to your skin tone will help too, as well as a brightening concealer and a color corrector underneath everything.

Wash your face with cold water in the morning it will help with puffiness (it works for me every morning) by the time I leave the house my eyes look good! If you are having problems with your concealer use a primer before applying concealer :) hope that helps! Sorry for the lack of punctuation.

Using a salmon colored Concealer. I know it sounds weird but salmon color cancels out the blues... purples and all that. E.L.F cosmetics has salmon colored concealers. good luck :)

1.illuminating touch-by collection-salmony pink colour goes perfect with the other collection concealor-cost around £5.
2.collections ulitimate wear 16hr-omg actually love so good-cost around £4
3.rimmel lindons match perfection concealor- recently purchased really like great to have in your makeup bag-cost around £5.
I've heard the erase paste is pretty good by benefit.
I have severe under eye circles it sucks makes my skin look so tired. nothing works literally tried everything all I can suggest is get plenty of sleep and drink plenty of water.I also love to moisturize.
these are lower brand concealors cheaper aswell.
hope this helps :)
p.s. when applying concealors dap it helps a lot.
