How to pull off blue eyeshadow?

I have very fair skin and green/blue eyes so blue eyeshadow tends too look not so great on me :( I have an upcoming event which has a blue theme, I was thinking about doing an blue smokey eye but, as it is a school event, I doubt it'd be appropriate. Any ideas? :)

I think very few people can pull off blue eyeshadow, maybe just do a bright blue liner or blue glitter on the bottom lash line only, and do a classic black cateye on the top with lots of lashes.

Do a light blue on your lid then a slightly darker color in your crease. Maybe try a purplelish blue in the corner if you like that better :) just experiment and find out what shades fit you best :)

Maybe instead of blue eyeshadow, use a blue eyeliner to make your eyes pop!

I love putting a pop of color lightly in the inner conner and doing the rest smoky or basic
