For a foundation, I use revlon colorstay foundation and it covers my acne scars so well. Best part is, it was only about $11! I abs love itttt.

Don't use Bio Oil on your face. It was meant to be used for scars on other parts of your body (which it does work for that).
Try a serum to even your skin tone, like Origins Mega Bright. The price depends on the size of the bottle. If you have a little more cash you're willing to spend I swear by Premiers Pearl Whitening System. It's $150 if you buy it from Premier, but you can get it for as low as $24 if you buy on amazon (just be careful who you trust). Both of those products work AMAZING and have really helped me.
If you want coverage try Clinique's foundations. They have one to help even dark spots, and they also have one geared towards people with acne problems.

Bio oil is meant for your face too btw...it says in the instructions that you can use it anywhere and gives instructions for putting it on your face. @heather.
