What is BB cream?

I've seen BB cream everywhere what is so special about it? What does it do compared to other products? Which brand do you think world best?

But this cream is only for skin in very good shape, right? To make one colour on skin, am I right? I was thinking about it but I think it won't be good for my skin.

It's like a tinted moisturizer that is supposed to even skin tone and more. No, your skin does not need to be in good shape. I love bb cream and my skin isn't great. Asian bb creams ate the best, but there are a few us brands I like.
