Pale skin, dark eyebrows, makeup suggestions?

I have really pale skin and dark eye brows and green eyes too many eye lashes. They curl all over the place, and I usual un-curl them so they don't get mascara everywhere. Does anyone have suggestions as to what kind of makeup I should be wearing?

You sound beautiful! try a simple cat eye with a bold lip, a deep berry color would compliment your green eyes :)
