Try Urban Decay's Mariposa Palette. It has a deep purple, a bright but blendable pink, a brownish taupe, and some great neutrals. I got it for my best friend for her birthday last year since it was recommended for green eyes and she loves it (I got it for myself too even though I have brown eyes :)). And the old packaging is on sale on their website right now!
If you don't need a palette use a color wheel to find what will work best for you. Are your eyes more blue-green? More of a yellowy hazel? That'll make a difference. Find your eye color, or as close as you can, on a color wheel and try colors that are directly opposite. You can also go one section to the left or right and those shades will still make your eyes stand out.

Thanks everyone I mixed bronze and purple together and thought it looked pretty good with a black liquid eye liner.
