Stop wearing your hair in a ponytail at night its the worst thing. try wearing it down as much as possible. try using Wen instead of shampoo. also try avoiding flat irons.

The best thing I have found is organic virgin coconut oil. Grew my hair about an inch in 2 weeks of use. Will swear by this stuff! :)
