Time for self hosting?

When do you guys think a blog should be self hosted? I have like 20ish followers on my blog and I was wondering when I should switch from wordpress hosted to self hosted. Please let me know and leave your blog in the comments to! mirandarue.wordpress.com.

I think its up to you. I, myself, would probably wait until I get atleast 50 followers but thats just me. (:
