Clarisonic? Worth the money?

So I have been looking into getting.the clarisonic but with it being $100-$200 I wanted.to hear what you guys think of it. Also I have ance prone skin with a lot of redness and oily.combo with dry patches (I'm basically a hot mess lol) and I don't need to hear about dupes just the clarisonic please =)
