Lately I've been getting pimples on my forehead due to my hair & I really hate seeing them. Is there anything I can do to get rid of them?

Lemon juice, tooth paste, tea tree, or there this Almay concealer it works amazing!! It's conceals and heals at the same time I think it has tea tree not sure.. But it really works good went away in a day!!:)
