Try deeply exfoliating your skin! There are so many products that you can purchase to exfoliate but you can also use items you have at home and make your own exfoliation "paste".

A light exfoliator will do the trick. If you mix olive oil and sugar you'll be set. Make sure you don't scrub your face hard. Softly and in circles. Also, hot compresses. Just put a hot wet cloth over the white head and rub it in small light circles till the cloth is cool. Then lightly drag the cloth down towards the floor. The white heads should pop off. A white head is just an inflamed pimple with a layer of skin over it, so exfoliating and compresses should do the trick. Good luck.

You can make an exfoliant out of lemon and sugar. Use it once every night and you'll see results in a week (:

Hey Emmy...I was looking for an answer to d same question a wek ago and ds is what worked for me...I rubbed lemon juice everyday on my skin...can sting a bit but a week later evry single one of them is gone!! Baking soda alsoworks as was recommended to me by the lovely lady and Natural products guru Mariam!!
