Has anyone tried the original mineral powder? I'm just wondering what kind of coverage it has and how long it lasts. I'm looking for something lightweight for summer :)I'm open to suggestions.

Is that the same brand as Bare Minerals? I've used their foundation routine before and it's really nice! If you don't have any serious skin issues like acne or discoloration it's really good and it doesn't look like you're wearing makeup.

Bare Minerals is the only foundation that has worked for me. It's a long application process to achieve that full coverage look, but it stays on amazingly! You can get wet or sleep in it and it still manages to stay on. I mean, I don't advise sleeping in makeup, but it has lasted me into the next day to some extent!

@Cherie: you have complete control over the level of coverage you want. I go for full, because I have acne and blemishes. Therefore I heavily pre-conceal and I spend extra time buffing. You can get any level of coverage you want.
