Really stupid question sorry but is there any colour lipsticks that is just not fashionable or does anything go?? also do you match your lipstick with the rest of your makeup or certain coloured clothes?? hope this makes sense?

I match lipstick with makeup (neutral) when doing more of a natural look. I match it with clothes for a pop. I am behind on fashion so I don't know what colors are not to be worn. I hope this helps some.

Hey Joanne, imo, I don't think frosty pale pink lipsticks look good anytime...lol
If I'm wearing cool toned shadows, I usually wear warm toned lipstick for contrast. And vice versa.. However, I do generally make sure my blush and lipstick are atleast in the same color family...:-D

Hi Joanne!!I go with my eyeshadow color.I love lipliners n sticks.Lazy day I put a real good lip color on but really its about my mood.Nude,reds,pinks,corals are all fashionable.Jst depends on your mood n look.

I agree with Diane. Frosty pink lipstick is terrible, but there are always exceptions. Kevin Aucoin always felt that if simmering made you feel beautiful it was never the wrong choice.

I think people get too caught up in rules or what is popular. What really matters is what you love and what you feel comfortable in. If you want to wear red eyeshadow and red lips then go for it! It's all about you.
