You can try tea tree oil! it can be a bit pricey for a small bottle at your local target but its worth it! it can be a bit drying depending on your skin type, but once a day should do the job :)

The toothpaste works but you have to use a minty one. It dries out your pimple, taking the oils and puss out. The burning sensation means it's working.
