You could go for a dark red it should look really good on you but it is hard color to maintain so you will have to figure out a hair care routine that will work for you and help you keep the color and the shade you want longer.

You have a very charming eyes and I can see you with a very dark hair with bang and a make up that highlights your eye lashes. You can use a tanning lotion to get a darker color. And apply some kind of orange peach lip stick. Or nude lipstick. Keep your hair long. If not just have it blow dries in like you shape. This will give you different look and exotic.
