Works wonders. If you're on a computer and not your phone you can actually use the search function for the forum. There is a ton of stuff for this soap.

EDIT: I have decided to give my Black Soap another try and I am so glad I did! My skin got used to it and feeling of tightness and dryiness is gone. I hope it will help me fight my acne and redness but it is too early to tell. I use it every morning instead of my face wash. Also little of the product is needed to soap whole face.
I have raw Black Soap from Ghana.

If you do decide to buy some..make sure that it's actually from Africa, since a lot of soaps made in Europe or the US have artificial ingredients. And check that it's fair trade!

I live in South Africa and all the shops I've been to never heard of it. And when I went on line they only allow me to buy in bulk. And I really want to try this soap out. I even Google how to make it but I doubt be able to get those ingredients.

Annie have you tried local markets or Ghanaian shops? I got mine from in-laws in Ghana but in the UK I would only get real deal from Ghanaian shops.

Maybe searching by different name or by brands would be easier to find - I know it's also often called Anago Soap, Ose Dudu or Alata Samina.
Brands making it apart from raw unbranded I only know about are Akoma (from Ghana) and Dudu-Osun (I believe this one is from Nigeria).

I just bought a bar cause I heard great things. I think it's called shea moisture black African soap. I picked it up for $4.99 in the store for a huge bar. It smells great. I don't know how well it'll work on my pimples so I'm going to give it a few weeks :)
