What do you think about it? What does it do , and how do you apply it? Is it worth the money?

It's an alright primer, I bought mine for about $30 CAD and I don't think it was worth it.. Its supposed to go from cream to powder finish but with foundation over top of the primer it just dries into an odd chalky finish. To apply you use very little product, dab all over and smooth with clean fingers.
