Reduce how much you wash your hair. 3x a week is good, wash with conditioner in between and use dry shampoo. This instantly put moisture into my hair. Also, get a good hair masque. Nexxus Humectress Reconstructor is great and not expensive.

The best healer is time (and lots of conditioner!) Slather on the conditioner when you're in the shower, but don't shampoo more than every two days. Stay away from heat (curling irons/wands, straightening irons) and invest in a good deep conditioner. Enjoy your new hair! The best healer is time! :)
