What can I do to fix?

I just recently broke out a little all around my forehead, cuspids now, and chin :/
I'm going to be visiting old friends in about 3 weeks and want to look nice :)
How can I clear them up? At least a majority of them, because I always have them no matter what. What products do you all recommend or even home remedies? Clay masks?
