Looking for a Brand with really good pigments??

Hi ladies and gents,

I am sick of my eyeshadows not popping enough. I use MAC and URban Decay eyeshadow primer but it's still not enough. I need help finding a brand of eyeshadow with awesome pigment in it. Help!! Thanks :)
