I have a important college interview and I need some nice sophisticated hair , I have dark hair with ash blonde routes, I've been growing it out so it doesn't have much shape

Please help me with the colour and style I should get I'm so stuck!
I have pale skin and a square face shape so I would need hair that would suit that as well
