My hair is really damaged, but my hair only looks good curled or straightened, not natural, how can I prevent my hair from getting so damaged when I have to use heat on it so regularly?

Well if you have long hair puting it up after a shower causes the hair to break and can damage it. Also if you use heat everyday I would try to find some hair stuff that helps protect your hair from heat damage.

Keep having your hair trimmed and always try not to back comb! Also microwave olive oil for 20 seconds and put on the ends of your hair with washing after!

Hot oil treatments with coconut oil are my personal fave! Especially focussing on the ends.

Always use heat protectant before using hot tools. Use deep hair masks about once a week , and trim about once a month :)

Trim often, use coconut/olive/argan oil on your ends and always, always use a heat protectant! It is the most important step in the heat styling process!

Take your time with combing your hair. Start from the ends and work your way up when detangling. deep condition at least one to two times a month. Tuck your ends away into a bun at night before bed. If you can try to refrain from using so much heat do so. Also use heat protectant everytime you do use heat.
