Pimple Turned Into A Cut Please Help!

So I had a big pimple on my forehead and I kept messing with it now its a cut and the scab came off but the open wound is there its not bad but how can I make it go away what should I put on it please help.

Neosporin so it doesn't scar and heal faster- don't put makeup on it til it's almost healed.
