Try a liquid liner or a gel liner on your upper lids and wing it out. Also, try making the line on your waterline less thick, and don't take it all the way to the inner corners of your eyes. The reason for that is because you have narrow eyes (that's not a bad thing) it the dark all the way in is closing them up more.

I agree with Heather, your eyes would look awesome if you put less mascara on the bottom and only went about half way :)

I think you should do your eyeliner thinner. & only half way across.. It'll make your eyes appear bigger.

Yeah, way too much on your bottom lash line. try using brown or grey liner on the bottom to keep your eyes bright and open.
