Ok, along with the bb,cc creams a dd cream has hit the market from Julep. I draw the line at the bb cream. Is anyone just as annoyed with the alphabet cream assault? lol.

Yes, oh my gosh!! It makes me think it's the same damn formula in a different bottle with a different name. It reminds me of something Wayne G. said in one of his makeup tutorials about trends. This is just an evil trick to get us to spend more money.

My thoughts exactly Mia Taryn! I refuse to sample the cc creams out there. Just another marketing ploy. And yes Em...get to zz already.lol.

I completely agree Shelley its annoying but that is what happens when something is a hit with people then it gets over exposed lol I'm just waiting for the triple letters to start popping out on the cosmetic seen :-)

Agreed!! Finally! I'm glad that someone else thinks this too! I think the same thing!! I really do think it's all the same formula in different bottles, well it's just all tweaked with a little bit of difference in each bottle, so they're not all completely the same- that goes for most of the bb & cc creams as well. Since there isn't much of a difference in the high end ones and the drugstore ones(at least not to me- they are VERY similar)- all of the American ones in my opinion are NOT bb or cc creams, the Asian ones are! And they've been around forever over there, but all of a "sudden" they're so popular over here?? All they are is a tinted moisturizer...which really is still just a foundation mixed with lotion...it's all a marketing ploy! I guess it's smart since I'm sure every companies' sales have gone up with the bb cream/cc cream blow up...even though I finally bought a bb cream of my own, well my first American one...I guess I'm a sell out too >.< haha! :)

What I've noticed about bb creams is that I can comfortably wear JUST CC cream alone and BB with foundation on top.. I actually like CC better lol I hope they don't go through the alphabet haha

Wtf is dd cream!? anyways yah iono about CC creams I tried smash box in a sample and didn't notice any color correcting at all just looked n felt like a Bb cream... but I'm all about skincare and makeup rolled into one so I love my bb's but dd cream... that sounds dumb in my language dd is slang for "boobs" so they might want to be careful with these marketing names... just saying... :P.

What irks me is that Julep is known for nail color and now they are jumping on the skincare bandwagon. I love them for beautiful nail color but for skincare...lose a few brownie points with me on this one. :/
