Cold cucumber slices or cold, wet tea bags are supposed to help but I've never tried it.

I disagree with Aubrey but everyone has their own methods that work for them! personally, I have really bad dark circles and I don't like to layer products under the eye because I feel that makes it look less natural and more obvious. I've tried a LOT of concealers both drugstore and high end. I would also reccomend investing in an eye cream. use it at night and in the morning depending on what you feel is necessary. as far as concealers go I've really recently been into mac's prolongwear concealer set with bareminerals well rested powder. from the drugstore, I also like the maybelline instant age rewind. good luck, and like I said, different things work for everyone, so I'd give everyone's suggestions a try! it can't hurt!

@Aubrey I did not mean it to sound like I was attacking you, and I didn't say that you cake it on, but I was just making a suggestion to nikki to try everyones suggestions, and respectfully said that everyone is different!

A corrector! Bobbi browns creamy corrector goes on under your concealer usually with a peachy pink tone or orangey tone to neutralize the dark green/purple color of your under eye. It's amazing! And do, use an eye cream at night(:

I have the same problem I hate it!! and to be honest nothing gets rid of them. Maybe plastic surgery but that would be a bit extreme.

I agree with all the girls about finding a concealer that works for you. But you also need to address the problem within the skin by investing in a eye cream. Yes, it can be a chunk of change but it will offset the amount of money spent trying different concealers that may or may not cover properly. My picks are Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye and Origins GinZing.

A concealer works perfect. first concealer and than your foundation.

Use creams at night to reactivate the microcirculation of this fragile area. Maybe also a mask once a week for the eyes and cold gel sessions of 5min. Now that you need to cover them.. Use a good concealer. My choice is Magic Concealer from Helena Rubistein.. But don't forget that before investing on make-up, your skin needs you to take care of it first💋

I have written a tutorial on this, used the technique on my model and banished her dark circles:

Best way to begin is by finding a 'corrector' that will neutralise the darkened area, then conceal. Have you tried Eve Pearl's salmon concealer? It is a trio, has correcting shades and a concealer. It is really creamy and sets well with a powder. MuD do amazing corrector palettes but they are super pricey. I have one in my kit and it is a godsend.

I have sever dark circles even darker than yours and have used "The One" concealer that Jacquelyn D. talks about and I love it; it works great. I also recently bought inglot's pink corrector; found in their freedom system that Beautylicious sells. It neutralizes my dark circles and then I apply a yellow toned or skin colored concealer on top. And set w translucent powder. Keep in mind using little product goes a long way, doing thin layers and blending will help to not look cakey or unnatural.
