Help! Eyeliner Problems!

Does anyone else have a problem with certain eyeliners making your eyes water? Avon Glimmer Sticks and Clinique eyeliners make my right eye water like a faucet! I was hoping it was just allergy season but it happens year round. Does anyone else have this problem? So frustrating! >.<

Yeah it happens with maybelline and cover girl liners and their mascara makes my eyes water also.
