I'm wearing a long black dress with red heels, what sort of make up shall I wear? I have dark eyes and hair.

I'd go for a smoky black eye with a high-pigment red eyeshadow on the inner eye, outer corner and lower lash line. The use a bright red liner above my upper lash line and close to my outer edge lower lash line. And to top it off a bright red lip stick or gloss! I'd go for Rimmel London's lip lacquer. If you have dark hair, you could even go an extra step and chalk a red streak in your hair! Hope this helps xx

I think some nice faux lashes, bold but not too bold and a nice red matte lipstick :}
