Wall push ups work out the chest muscles, and that helps lift your breasts.

I sometimes wish our boobies are the only thing that should not be mess up after pregnancy lol. I have two kids and still have problems.I do push up at home and it seem to be working.

My son is almost 4 and mine still are that way. :/ sometimes I get really self conscious about it but oh well besides surgery I don't think there's any real way of fixing the problem unfortunately :/

Nehal is correct. Surgery is the only way (lift). I have 3 myself and my breasts are no longer the perky stand at attention boobs they once were before having my kids. I no longer stress over it because I have three awesome kids.

I was told after having my son to wear my nursing bra 24/7. It helped me, they didn't droop or anything. But I also agree with Nehal.

Exercises targeting the chest muscles like push ups, bench presses, pectoral flies etc...definitely help to give them a perkier appearance...Since breasts mainly comprise of adipose tissues (fat tissue) lots of cardio like running/cycling also help to make them firmer...Wearing a well fitting bra is a must especially during exercise...Lastly Lush has an amazing creme called Lovely Jubblies it will help to moisturize n tone the area more...It costs around £17 in the uk...don't know about elsewhere but I'm sure its available online too...Surgery is not a great option unless you wanna spend that much...hope this helps :)
