I remember when I wasn't allowed to shave my legs, so I would take small scissors and cut the hair. Weird, but it worked until I was allowed to shave lol.

Shave them in secret; there is no reason to not shave them unless you're like 10 or something. You just have to shave them at least one a week in the shower

Ask your mom if you could try sugaring. its like waxing, but less painful, made at home, SUPER cheap, and after doing it for a while the hair comes back lighter, and after a while the hair will stop coming back altogether! sugaring is awesome.

Sorry to hear that? Yeah my parents didn't mind me shaving when I was 11. Yeah, maybe you should talk to her about why you shouldn't shave and that your getting older & most girls shave there legs. I mean, I don't see why she's making a big deal about it but I mean she is your mom & you have to listen to her. I would just discuss the situation with her , and ask her when can you shave you're legs.
