Are you referring to the oil cleansing method? Like for washing your face?

No, it's completely different... You put some oil in your mouth and swish it around almost like mouthwash. It is used in Ayurveda (ancient Indian medicine) and is supposed to give many health benefits including better oral health, energy, weight loss, better immune system, better skin/hair etc. I have personally tried it but not long enough to see any real difference (on and off for about two weeks, stopped, forgot, etc.) My skin did glow a little more and my mouth felt fresher. As well, I did have a little more energy, but I don't know if I can contribute that to the oil. There are soooo many great reviews of it though, and it's 100% perfectly safe with no side effects, so try it! Hope it works for you :)

Yes I'm curious to try it out. Which coconut oil should I buy? 15-20 minutes sound tiring though, and daily seems too much, but I guess I can try it.

I've been curious about this too! But it sounds like a LOT of swishing.

I haven't tried it yet and have the oil for a few months now lol.. For me too felt like too mu h swishing haha.. But I will do it one day..
Oh yes and ladies, if you do this, make sure it's the first thing you do when you wake up as in routines, no brushing the teeth or coffee or anything in your mouth before that.. Idk why but it may alter the O.P. effect..
