I think ladies with smaller chest look great in fitted button down blouses! I've always been jealous of that polished look because I feel I can't pull it off with my boobs. I think most styles can be adjusted to flatter any shape.. We all should be able to wear what we want with confidence!

With small busts the key is to try not to attract attention to your chest. Maybe a peter pan collar or a regular one will bring more attention to your neck and face, and less to your bust. For small busts, cleavage never looks good because you don't have much cleavage.to show off so I recommend trying to shy away from cleavage and more towards things that will bring out qualities in your body.

If you wear tops that have ruffles over your chests, it creates a vision that your chest is actually bigger since they're is so much going on, you can't concentrate on how big or small your chest is. :)
