A button down is always good but white is not necessary you can always go with a pop of color!

Cream, what color are the tights? If you do color maybe a soft blue or pink but then I suggest nude tights

I would suggest a black top. If you're going to wear a cream or white top I would go with nude tights.

Cream color tights, grey skirt **If you have a highwaisted skirt that's professional and stylish** A pop of color yellow blouse, grey and orange would look nice, & a simple lip color.
