^^ any of those things or any other oil like coconut or almond or whatever. Also add a little bit of vitamin e oil (I just poke a hole in the capsules) coz it's great for your skin =] oo n adding cinnamon helps to plump up your lips, but there'd be no point if you were going to use it at night =]

All you need is a tooth brush. Make small circle motions with it but make sure your lips are wet first. It works.
