I have thick long hair but from where I use heat on it quite often I've got lots of split ends! Does anyone have any recommendations on any treatments? Give brands!

Cut the ends! then start using a heat protectant like john freida and condition a lot, use oils.

Sorry no treatment will fix splkt ends thwy will only smooth them you have to cut the ends to be rid of them.

Yes Shelby T. is right. nothing will fix them. it will only appear so. meanwhile they will get worse. you have to trim your hair.
