Any suggestions for pores I've had them on my cheeks

You are born with a pore size and can't shrink them any smaller than they are naturally. That being said, if they have been stretched will excess oil or dirt you can repair them.
In the mean time you can use make up primers to disguise them under your make up. I like benefits POREfessional.

I think you should wash your face every morning and night anyways but find a good moisturizer that won't make your skin oily :)
