Moisturizer designed for eczema/rashes, I get E45 cream purely because it is super moisturising, it feels cooling and doesn't give that horrible burning sensation you get when you try and put normal moisturizer or aftersun on. if you can't get E45 get some vaseline, however I found it takes longer to heal with vaseline. Also next time moisturise that area daily while you are still ill. the massage on your nose makes it feel clearer and means you don't get this problem after :) have been there sooo many times, being annoyingly prone to catching colds! I feel your pain :(
