My lipstick looks great till about 10 mins later. I'm pretty sure it's my lips. I have tried moisturizing before applying.. Should I try a lip primer? Does it reduce the wrinkle-ish look?

You need to exfoliate your lips 2-3 Times a week. it makes them smoother. also I've heard some people put concealer before so that it stays longer.

Lip balm/ exfoliate before hand. then apply a layer of your lipstick, put powder over that, then another layer of lipstick.
