I'm suffering from really dry chapped lips with fine lines. Which lip treatment or lip balm would you recommend?
I already tried exfoliating and it's not that helpful.
PS - Does anyone here tried the lip treatment oil by Hourglass, is that helpful?

Apply vasaline while you sleep and nice good layer and then during the day use blistex the blue type in a blue container.

I usually have dry lips, too, but recently started using blistex intense treatment (I think thats what its called) at night and wake up with awesome feeling lips. I also use a sugar scrub on them before applying anything during the day.
