Buy a special nail polish that promotes nail growth. Sally Hansen has atleast 3. I've been ising this, I found at Sally's for $5. Take biotin supplements. Keep your hands and cuticles moisturized. (:

Don't chew on them and try not to break them! Also a regrowth oil or nail treatment works very well. Try not to scrape them and be careful! Good luck!

Let them "breath", apply nail treatment at least once a week, don't chew them!! Hope it helped:)

If you peel garlic it helps and don't tap them.
