I think just a light eye makeup with flicks not too much- a tie up headband could look quite cool (I'm a vintage fan) possibly in a black but in that case quite a colourful lip stick/gloss :)

Do a top knot/sock bun for hair, natural makeup with a pink/red lip and sandals or ballet flats.
