Well what worked for me, I used to bite my nails all the time even if they had nail polish, was I would think about all the dirt and grim that gets underneath them by just doing daily activities. If I started doing it I'd just imagine all that gross stuff getting in my teeth then it would end up in my stomach. After two days of that I've never done it again. But that's the method I use for all bad habits. Good luck!

Honestly, looking at all the lovely nail blogs helped me stop butting my nails. And using Nail Envy by OPI helped strengthen them.
