I need help to get a daily steps to do make up..I have cleanser ,toner,compact powder,n eye make up set and lipstick...mine is very oily skin..and I have pimples and scars too.

If you want coverage you need a foundation and some concealer.
Check into some made for oily skin or at least get a good primer so your makeup will stand against the oil.

Foundation for oily skin:
Revlon colour stay (oily skin)
l'oreal true match (works for me)
Nars sheer glow (oily skin)
MAC studio fix
Just a few that I've tried and have worked for me. Set your foundation with a matte powder or setting spray and you could also use a primer after you've moisturised your skin
