The only denim coat I have is cropped with long sleeves but when I tried it I didn't think it looked right... I'm not into style at all and its normally black or white things I wear but as I said this dress just besotted me!

Oh that's super cute! I don't think it's too dressy at all but if you feel it is, try dressing it down with a denim jacket or even a cardigan in a nuetral color. You can add a wide belt or pair it with a flat sandal instead of eating a wedged shoe. It's really a great maxi! :)

Thank you for getting back to me, I'm conscious about this dress as it soooo not what I normally go for but trying to shake the boring mum look ;) thanks I was more comfortable in the denim jacket just not sure if it looked right as I've only ever worn a vest top / tshirt and jeans for the past 6 years!!
