I'm moving to California in 2015 but I'm planning my move now and saving my money now, I graduated cosmetology school and I am about to get my license soon and I start a job in a salon at the end of June. I want to to eventually be doing makeup and hair professionally for fashion shows, competitions and upscale salons and freelance work, any tips I moving to Cali and how to better my hair and makeup skills.

I'm planning to make the move from New Zealand to California in 2015 to pursue hair and make up too. Make friends with photographers and test, and remember that your portfolio is never finished.
