Okay nice shimmery eyes, use light white and greys. A simple pearly white or a grey colour on the nails with maybe some glitter over the top. For hair, nice loose waves will look stunning or a pretty updo that'll bring attention to your makeup more :) stunning dress btw :) ❤

If it is at night, go darker and more defined on the eyes with maybe a pop of colour in the lips and if during the day, go for neutrals with a sheer gloss ❤

I would do a light brown smoky eye with light pink lips! for hair maybe beachy waves? and for nails do a cute bright pink!

I think glitter (maybe silver) nails would be so beautiful with that dress! You could do a smoky eye look or just something more natural. Love your dress!

I think that for your makeup, you should stick to shimmery whites and silvers on the eyes and maybe a nude lip. I'd add a pop of color for the shoes, perhaps bright blue pumps. I would then match the shoes to your nails, so you don't look like a ice princess ( not that that's a bad thing ) have fun :$
