I've got loads of acne marks and some spots on my back and I don't know how to get rid of them so can you guys please give me some advice on how to get rid of them?

Sudocreme, you will have to lay in your front on your bed in a bikini top without covers for about an hour (you could listen to music or read) but its so worth it! This is miracle cream! X.

Do it every night and within a week you will notice a difference! Just get someone to put it on for you! Good look! x

I've been using lemon juice from lemons and the scars on my back look a bit lighter :) just rub a lemon on your back, leave it on for an hour and then wash it off. You could also try bio oil. It reduces scars and marks but I don't use it because I'm scared that I will breakout.
