I would say for shoes :
Nude/browny coloured wedges... (Wedges aren't as in your face as heels but they are still beautiful and dressy)
For accessories keep it so simple, I'd say some gold cute stud earring and a simple short chain necklace!
I also think you should have a
Clutch bag in a similar colour to the shoes!
So summery and gorgeous

Keep it simple as the dress is so detailed and beautiful, you don't want to draw any attention away from it!

For hair I would definitely say natural waves!:) hope it helped!xx
