ELF has a great one, called Rich Red, it is like $3 and stays on great too. It actually looks more like a stain, but easier to get off. I love it.

This one. It is more red than the icon shows (zoom into the actual pencil to see how the color actually looks, and it is pretty true to that, at least on me)

Love the Lime Crime's Velvetines! I have both, but I favor Suedeberry! Suedeberry is more of a bright coral red. It also depends on your natural lip shade, too. The red velvet isn't as dark as their model is wearing it for me.
